What This Site Is

The Site is an informational storefront for browsing our timepiece inventory and getting in touch with us. It does not process online purchases or payments — every sale is completed directly with a member of our team, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance that forms a binding sale on its own.

Product Information

We do our best to keep photos, descriptions, condition notes, and pricing accurate and current, but availability and pricing can change without notice, and an item shown as available may already be sold by the time we hear from you. Colors and finishes may also appear slightly different on your screen than in person. Any sale is subject to our confirmation of price, availability, and condition at the time of purchase.

The Gifting Feature

Our gifting tool lets someone curate a set of pieces and send a link to a recipient, who can browse them and mark a favorite. Selecting a favorite is only an expression of preference — it does not place an order or reserve the piece. A sale still requires reaching out to us directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — photos, text, layout, and design — is owned by Orbery & Co. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Orbery & Co. is not an authorized retailer of, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, any of the brands referenced on this Site. Brand names, logos, and trademarks shown are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the timepieces we offer.

Third-Party Links

The Site links out to third-party platforms (including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Google) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those platforms.

Acceptable Use
